Regulations for Spanish Classes for Students
1. The class is interactive, with both the teacher and the students participating actively. Each lesson lasts 50 minutes and is conducted via Teams.
2. After each class, the teacher is required to write a report including constructive comments and suggestions regarding the student’s progress in Spanish.
3. Class rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid inconveniencing the teacher and to allow for rescheduling. If a student is unable to attend a class, they may reschedule for another available day, provided they notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Students are welcome to reschedule each class up to three times. After the third reschedule for a specific class, further rescheduling may not be possible or may incur additional fees. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we always strive to find a fair solution. However, to respect both the teacher’s time and the schedules of all students, we kindly ask that class times be honoured whenever possible.
4. If the teacher is unavailable at the scheduled time, for example, due to illness or reasons beyond their control, the student may either reschedule the class for another day or select an available teacher for that time. If a student wishes to change teachers, they are welcome to do so, whether they prefer a different teacher who is available or for any other reason, and we will do our best to accommodate this request. 5. You have the option to take individual Spanish classes at your own pace. Since each class is a personalized learning experience, we can help you focus on your weaker areas and review topics that you found challenging. This flexibility allows us to meet your learning needs effectively. However, each package is valid for only 2 months. If the student does not attend classes during that 2 months, there will be no refunds or credits for unused classes. Our packages are valid for a maximum of 2 months to complete all classes, so it is important to select the package that best suits your needs. *In cases of illness or situations beyond the student’s control, rescheduling classes may be considered.
5. Based on your class plan and the records we maintain, we ensure consistency and continuity in your learning experience.
6. You can switch teachers throughout your course without it affecting the coherence or progress of your classes. Our online reporting system allows teachers to review your learning history and tailor their teaching methods to your learning style and current progress. This enables our instructors to effectively support each student.
7. Students have the right to report any issues that fall outside the ethical standards of the school. They are also encouraged to provide feedback about their teacher’s performance, the quality of the classes, or any aspect of their learning experience. All feedback is valuable to us and helps improve the quality of our services.
