Teacher Selection at Our Institution

In the recruitment of Spanish teachers, candidates are required to complete a selection assessment that evaluates their language proficiency in Spanish and pedagogical skills.
Following this, we provide training customized to their level of expertise, enabling them to teach Spanish effectively and confidently. Our teachers are prepared to address questions in English and can adapt their teaching methods for students who speak other languages.
Teacher Training Program
Once a teacher successfully completes the selection process, they participate in a comprehensive training program that includes:
Technological Proficiency:
Training on the effective use of IT platforms such as Google Meets, including document sharing and leveraging online resources.
Instructional Strategies:
Guidance on structuring a 50-minute lesson, integrating textbooks and tailoring content to meet the specific needs of students.
Platform Proficiency Evaluation:
Assessments of their competency in using Google Meets, conducted in collaboration with school administrators.
Strengthening Communication Competencies:
Developing both communication and problem-solving skills, enabling teachers to effectively address and resolve challenges related to students or course management by consulting with administration when necessary.
Ongoing Performance Feedback:
Monthly evaluations of teacher performance to ensure the maintenance of the highest educational standards.
